Throughout your ordering process we keep you fully informed via email.

You will receive an email from us on placing your order, payment of order, order picking, order shipped; at each step of the process.

You can also use the form to the right to check on the status of an order.

Smaller items like duvet sets, bed linen, throws, bedspreads, etc are sent recorded delivery with tracking.  Larger items like bedside tables, mirrored furniture, upholstered beds, sofas etc we deliver in person.
